On our way to Nashville, we stopped at Mammoth Cave National Park and went on a short tour. Actually it was the tour for old people or people with young children. We figured we qualified not knowing how Jordan would handle a cave and also not having much time. 
We toured the frozen Niagra. It was a rock formation that looked like a waterfall. We were very impressed with the park. There are over 400 miles of caves there and it is the longest cave in the world. It was a great mid-drive stop to get Jordan out of the carseat!
There were a couple places where you had to duck and try not to touch the cave. Easier said than done.
